Paddy is an Irish-American artist, writer, singer, poet, yoga master, pisces and abolitionist born and raised in the streets of Brooklyn and Hell’s Kitchen. He believes in three pieces of wisdom: be kind, be kind and always be kind.

He's the author of C.O.P.E.: Circumnavigating Our Prison Environment, a book of somatic exercises and an art zine forthcoming on the ABCA site. From the intro of C.O.P.E.:

Enclosed is a journey of self and a proven method of how to deal with many issues we face on a daily basis, our past being a prologue to our present circumstances, this transcendental meditation therapy program can and shall circumnavigate you through your prison experience, and upon your release, help you navigate through life's issues, hurdles, pitfalls, losses, or just life in general.

I bring this program to you based upon thirty-five years of prison experience, and a life time of wisdom on what works and does not. Here I present each cope in its simplistic form, and with dedication to each cope, you will change yourself from within and have a more healthy view of self and others. I give big kudos to gandhi, zen, buddha, jesus, martin luther and many others who have inspired me to create this unique way of meditative exercises.
